Eight 4×4 vehicles submitted to the project by the Minister for Entrepreneurship, Employment and Vocational Training.
In the amount of approximately 196 million CFA francs, the eight vehicles will enable the second vocational training, integration and support project for the Entrepreneurship of rural young people to carry out its mission in the different regions of its intervention areas. FIER II aims at the training and economic integration of rural youth with the aim of developing entrepreneurship at home and helping to reduce rural poverty. Also, without proper logistics, the mission is impossible.
These vehicles must bring the project closer to its beneficiaries. They must be wisely used and maintained, said Minister Oumou Sall Seck. On occasion, she praised the collaboration with local authorities through the Regional Councils and thanked IFAD for its assistance and involvement in the provision of vehicles.
