The objective of this training is the production of informative content by the various specialists from the Regional Units of the project responsible for the implementation of activities on the ground. They will now be able to provide information on the activities of implementing partners (Regional Communities, Technical Services, NGOs and Decentralised Financial Services), on the development of rural youth and on their own activities at the grass-roots level. For the same purpose, the NCU specialists will also share information from the decision-making level with a view to clarifying the approaches and guidelines. The aim of the project is to meet an obligation of accountability and transparency by providing policy makers and national opinion with information on the development of the project and its contribution to addressing vocational training and employment issues for rural youth in Mali.

The training is in line with the implementation of the FIER II Information Management and Communication Strategy.
