Chaired by 1and Vice-President of the Kayes Regional Council, this strategic meeting marks an important step in the implementation and follow-up of the FIER II project. The aim was to review the review of 2025 and present the outlook and the Work Programme and the Regional Annual Budget for 2026.
The session brought together institutional, technical and professional actors from the region that are members of the Committee. It made it possible to raise awareness of the FIER II project, its ambitions and the essential role of the Regional Concertation Committee in identifying the difficulties, obstacles and partial constraints, as well as the progress made in the process of implementing and monitoring the FIER II project in the Kayes region.
At the heart of the exchanges, the promotion of entrepreneurship for young people in rural areas and the facilitation of their economic integration into agricultural value chains and non-agricultural trades through the strengthening of an enabling institutional environment for the promotion of youth entrepreneurship and their economic development, as well as the creation of jobs (independent or wage-earning) for young people in all segments of value chains.

- Presentation of Project FIER II;
- Presentation of the missions of the Regional Concertation Committee (CRC);
- Presentation of the review of the PTBA 2025;
- And finally the Presentation of the Regional PTBA 2026;
After discussion, four (4) recommendations were made:

- Strengthen the involvement of local women's and youth organisations (FENAJER and ASPROFER) in the implementation of the FIER II project
