A total of 1,270 respondents returned to Côte d'Ivoire, Guinea Conakry, Cameroon, Madagascar, Senegal, Congo B, Benin, Togo, Burkina Faso and Chad; a target mainly composed of entrepreneurs, financial directors and other executives.

The survey identified a multi-bank target, highlighted key experiences in the relationship between banks and their corporate clients in this period of health crisis, as well as key indicators of customer satisfaction determining banks' competitive position.
